Privacy policy.
This site collects what you type into its two forms. Nothing else. It sets no cookies and runs no trackers.
1. What we collect
The free checkup form asks for your business name or website, your name, your email address, and, if you choose to give it, your phone number.
The contact form asks for your name, your email address, your message, and, if you choose to give it, your business name.
That is the full list. This site has no accounts, no logins, no payment forms, and no newsletter signup.
2. What we do with it
We read it and we reply. Your details are used to make and send your checkup report, answer your message, quote the work, and do the work if you hire us. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to advertisers.
3. Who else handles it
Netlify hosts this site and runs both forms. Your entry is stored in our Netlify account, and Netlify screens entries for spam. We read entries there or in the email notification Netlify sends us.
Like every web host, Netlify also sees the technical details your browser sends to load a page: your IP address, your browser type, and the pages requested. Read Netlify's privacy policy.
4. Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and saves nothing in your browser. It runs no analytics, no ad pixels, and no social media trackers. Every font, script, and image on these pages loads from this site.

5. How long we keep it
We keep your inquiry while we are in touch, and afterward as part of our own business records. Ask and we delete it.
6. Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@brainstreammedia.online or use the contact form. We reply to the email address you gave us.
7. Our private Google tools
This part is separate from the website. BrainStream Media's owner uses private, in-house tools that sign in with Google. Google lists them under the app name gws CLI. Nobody outside the studio signs in to them. They are not offered to the public. If you are not us, these tools never touch your Google account.
What they access. The owner's own YouTube channels, to upload videos and manage their titles, descriptions, and settings. The owner's own Google Drive files and Google Docs, to read them, with no ability to change them.
Where that data goes. The saved sign-in stays on the owner's computer. Videos and their details go to YouTube. Files read from Google Drive stay on the owner's computer. We run no server that receives Google account data, and we do not sell it, share it, or use it for advertising.
Google's terms. The upload tool uses YouTube API Services. The YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy apply to that use. The owner removes that access at any time on Google's account permissions page.
8. Children
This site is for businesses. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
9. Changes and contact
When this policy changes, the new version goes on this page with a new date at the top. Questions about privacy go to hello@brainstreammedia.online.
